Recommended space is 15ft high/45ft width (gyms and auditoriums are ideal); the area between the projector and the screen needs to be 30-35 ft. See pictures below. *Adjustments are available
3, 20-amp circuits
We require 4-5 volunteers (can be students) to assist with set up/breakdown.
The viewing area needs to be as dark as possible, windows or skylights that allow ambient light from outside MUST be covered prior to arrival
The show takes an hour and a half to set up and 45 minutes to break down
We recommend that the location where we place the screens be at least 15 feet high by 45 feet wide, as in an auditorium. While this is ideal, we can try to accomodate smaller spaces. The space between the projectors and the screen should be between 32 and 35 feet.
The actual screen height is 12 feet. Accommodations may be made for rooms with ceilings lower than 12 feet, however you will need to contact us for details. The actual width of the screens when set up is 42 feet. To allow room for our speakers, we request that there be at least 45 feet across for set up. Please contact us immediately if there are any concerns about the amount of space you have for a presentation.
